1. Digital Content Notice

PixelForge is a digital, non-physical service: subscription plans grant access to code generation capacity rather than a shipped good. Because generation credits can be consumed immediately upon subscribing, the rules below explain both your statutory rights as an EU consumer and PixelForge's own additional refund policy.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) generally gives you 14 days from the date of your subscription to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. However, because our Service is digital content supplied immediately upon payment, this statutory withdrawal right is lost once we begin performance — but only if you have expressly requested that performance start immediately and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, which we ask you to confirm at checkout. If you do not give that consent, performance (i.e. access to paid generation) will not begin until the 14-day withdrawal period has passed.

3. PixelForge Goodwill Refund

Independently of the statutory right described above, PixelForge voluntarily offers a goodwill refund: if you request a refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription and have used less than 20% of that billing period's generation allowance, we will refund your payment in full, even where the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies. This goodwill policy applies once per customer per plan and does not apply to renewal charges on subsequent billing cycles.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link in your purchase receipt from Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Cancellation stops future billing but does not, by itself, refund the current billing period — you retain access until the end of the period you already paid for. Outside of the goodwill refund above, amounts already charged are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We may decline a refund where the request relates to a period after the goodwill window has closed, where usage exceeds the 20% threshold above, or where the account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email [support@your-domain] with your account email and the reason for your request. We may ask a few clarifying questions before processing it.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
